I provide individual psychotherapy to adults in English and Spanish. I believe that seeing a therapist is a very important and personal decision, that helps during times of stress and emotional pain, but also when you want to grow and mature. I have experience in issues including: depression & anxiety, self-esteem issues, difficulties in relationships, traumatic events, stress in the face of chronic or terminal illness, adjustments to life events and phases of life problems, aging process, grief/loss. , " I believe that human behavior is determined by ones past experiences, genetic factors, and present situation. I incorporate concepts that help people change dysfunctional thought patterns, beliefs, and behaviors. While we cant change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve current challenges in life. ", I am bilingual in Spanish-English with vast expertise working with people from diverse multicultural backgrounds.
