About Us

I specialize in identity exploration (gender, sexuality, ethnicity, race), OCD, eating disorders/disordered eating, anxiety, depression, and relationship concerns. I aim to provide empathic, evidence-based, client-centered therapy and believe in collaborating with my clients to develop a treatment plan that fits your individual needs. In my work, I utilize both Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to support clients in discerning how their present experience aligns with their goals and values. , In a warm and engaging environment, clients develop new skills, such as mindfulness and self-care, allowing them to be more present and reflect on their life experience. Furthermore, I assist clients in exploring their intersecting identities and the role different familial, societal and organizational systems play in your life. , I also offer brief treatment modalities such as academic coaching to manage test anxiety and career counseling to improve workplace experience. I am trained in psychoeducational assessment to provide a differential diagnosis, such as for ADHD and learning disabilities.
