Now Accepting New Clients. I firmly believe in the power of empathy, education, active listening, and collaboration in the therapeutic process. I strive to create a space where clients feel truly heard, valued, and empowered to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences without judgment. Through evidence-based interventions tailored to each individual’s unique needs, I aim to facilitate meaningful change and help clients develop the coping strategies and skills necessary to achieve overall wellness and inevitably the ability to love themselves. View 8 Photos, I utilize several different treatment modalities, including EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solutions Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Group Therapy, Narrative Therapy and Gender Affirming practices to assist individuals in reaching their goals and gaining control of their lives. , I have been in the helping professions since 2006, a social worker since 2012, and a clinical therapist since 2014. The vast majority of my work has been with children, adolescents, adults, and families. I pride my self in being a fierce advocate and proud member of the LGBTQIA+ community.
