Hi! I’m Alyssa, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I graduated from the University of South Florida with a degree in Psychology as well as Southeastern University with a Masters in Social Work. I specialize in working with young adults with anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, as well as helping them to navigate through life transitions. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and truly believe that therapy is most effective when your unique needs, strengths and interests are put first. I strive to make my approach relaxed, comforting, friendly, and most importantly nonjudgmental. , In our work together, we will collaborate and come up with the most useful and effective tools that will help you feel better equipped to handle all of life’s challenges.
