About Us

In my practice, I specialize in working with young adults, couples and new moms. I help young adults overcome anxiety and depression. Are you an over thinker? Are you having "what if" thoughts? Are you lacking motivation to do the things you used to enjoy? I am here to help guide you to feeling your best self-again! I also specialize in helping young adult couples who are having difficulty communicating, lacking intimacy, and/or adjusting to life changes. It is my goal to help couples feel confident within their relationship again! I also enjoy supporting new moms through their journey of postpartum. , I am an easy-going therapist who takes a person-centered based approach and provides a calm, safe, relaxed environment for my clients to heal and grow. Within our sessions, I utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques including cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, strengths-based therapy, and mindfulness. , With time, the right mindset, and support you can get to where you want to be. I am looking forward to building a relationship with you and supporting you on your journey to meeting your goals! I offer in-person sessions in Largo, Florida and Telehealth sessions in both Florida and Michigan.
