I’ve worked in child welfare, school systems, victim’s of crime therapist, and now I have created my private practice. Trauma work, communication, boundaries, and ADHD are my expertise. My ideal client would have intrinsic motivation or be open to building their motivation and reaching other self-created goals with my assistance. I have worked with children, teens, young adults, and middle age individuals. , I have a high level of knowledge about foster care, domestic violence, substance use identification & resources for those topics. I have an expert level of understanding regarding trauma and trauma responses. I have experience in DBT, CBT, CPT, inner child work & shadow work. Mostly, I have an abundance of empathy. , I am open to meeting in-person in non conventional ways (walking around neighborhood, hiking, or the beach in a non-crowded area) if moving your body while meeting would be beneficial to you.
