" Your greatest pain doesnt have to be your greatest shame. Areas of suffering can produce growth in your life. Do you feel you are not enough or you are too much, you dont matter, you dont measure up, you are a failure, or you are unlovable? Do you feel insecure, unfulfilled, lonely, misunderstood, doing whatever you must to be liked and not rejected or maybe you cant understand why others are so needy and seem to want more than you can or want to give? Do you wish you understand WHY you feel, act, worry, stress and relate to others the way you do but you dont know how? ", I can help you uncover those parts of your life that helped you survive but now may be hurting you. What roles and parts did you learn to play that could be causing you emotional and relational pain in the present. I offer a relational trauma informed approach. I offer clients spiritual insight for those desiring it as well. , I believe my lived experiences including a legally blind husband, raising children with special needs, living cross culturally, children with ADHD, and loss of a teenage son can allows me to walk alongside others in pain.
