Are you ready to expedite the healing process? Did you know EMDR therapy intensives can create impactful and enduring changes in a condensed timeframe? Meaning you don’t need weekly therapy sessions! If you grew up in an alcoholic, abusive, or dysfunctional family unit, then you’ve most likely learned to survive and make it through some dark days using maladaptive coping strategies (ie - perfectionism, second-guessing yourself, overthinking, hypervigilance, workaholism, procrastination). These adaptive strategies helped you survive and get your needs met. Now that you’re an adult, we can help you learn healthy ways of coping. We will resolve these distressing symptoms through the EMDR therapy process & then develop safe, calm, and positive beliefs to instill. You CAN learn to trust yourself & overcome the past. , I enjoy helping my clients see their own worth, value, and potential; as well as, championing their strengths and helping them overcome self-doubt, shame, fears, past wounds, and unresolved core issues.
