I have clinical experience working with clients of all ages, but primarily I have had the most experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. For couples therapy, I am Level 1 Gottman and Prepare/Enrich certified. I also have experience caring for people who live with anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, loss/grief, LGBTQ+ issues, and dual diagnosis. Additionally, I help clients with family and relationship conflicts, gender/sexuality concerns, self-esteem, coping skills, interpersonal skills and relationships, trauma, adjustment disorders, and more. , It is my goal to create a compassionate, comfortable, nonjudgmental, and safe space for all of my clients who walk into my office. I try to adjust my style in order to address each client’s individual and specific needs. It has always been a passion of mine to help guide people to reach their full potential in their lives. , It is difficult to make changes in our lives, but my goal is to encourage and empower all of my clients to make these positive changes over time. I like to use an eclectic style of therapeutic techniques such as: CBT, solution-focused therapy, person-centered therapy, strength-based therapy, and various play therapy and trauma techniques.
