I am certified in trauma therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), mindfulness, motivation interviewing, and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) interventions. My experience includes providing early childhood counseling as well as treating adults, children, and adolescents. My goal is to help my clients gain insight into their experiences and develop coping skills to manage their challenges effectively.
