It is important that during your journey you are provided with a safe and private space where you can discuss and evaluate your concerns, while moving toward openness, greater self-trust, and an overall sense of wellbeing. , As a licensed clinical social worker and masters level addiction professional, I have a highly personalized, collaborative, expressive and integrative approach. I utilize a cognitive behavioral, motivational interviewing, EMDR, 12-Step and expressive therapies such as psychodrama and sandplay therapy. , My clinical passion is to provide a comfortable environment of non-judgement in which you can feel safe to explore areas of yourself or your relationships that are causing psychological or emotional distress in your professional or personal life.
