Accepting New Clients! Does your child struggle with anxiety or depression? Do they have ADHD and need assistance with executive functioning? Welcome to a safe and flexible space, where therapy is here to bring you less stress, not more. I help individuals develop and enhance various skills and coping strategies. This may include improving time management and organizational skills, learning relaxation techniques and develop effective problem solving abilities. I offer therapy for a variety of issues, and most often work with teens and adults who are navigating life with depression, grief, anxiety, or managing ADHD.
