I’ve been working in the counseling field since 2012. I work with all ages especially teens and adults in areas such as anger management, anxiety, low self-esteem, school and peer issues, communication, ADHD and more. , I utilize cognitive-behavioral therapy and client centered therapy to assist clients with better functioning in their everyday lives.
