I believe if we learn to be compassionate to ourselves, we are more open to healing change , I am a Certified Anger Management Specialist II, a Certified Mental Health Integrative Medicine Provider and have training in Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I am currently becoming certified in Ecopsychology. , I believe it is important that therapy is a partnership to help the client.
