I am a licensed psychotherapist with over twenty-five years of clinical practice working with individuals, couples, children, and families. I am a psychologist, certified clinical hypnotherapist, trainer/mentor, and motivational speaker working in individual, family, and group modalities. My approach to treatment/healing integrates the mind, body, and spirit while providing a safe, empathic, nurturing environment that promotes growth as you live authentically with deep and meaningful connections in your world. I assist clients in: understanding/releasing self-defeating patterns, improving authentic communication, increasing and utilizing coping skills, and other areas of personal growth. , I am the co-founder of soulspeak wellness florida, providing Holistic counseling, Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy®, and other Wellness Programs. I possess a Doctorate in Psychology, am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Qualified Clinical Supervisor, Training Supervisor for The Wellness Institute, and I am honored to walk/support you on your healing journey .
