I believe everyone has a unique story and identity, so weather you are struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, or processing past traumas, I am here to walk with you and guide you on your journey. It is my hope to support you and equip you with skills to develop a mindset of empowerment, confidence, self-identity, and hope. ", My expertise is in trauma, self-esteem/identity, children and family connections, and relationship issues. My goal is to guide you in learning yourself better so that you can feel a sense of connectedness and security to yourself and within your relationships.
