About Us

As a Marriage & Family Therapist with over 20 years of experience and as a dedicated Christian/Catholic, my therapy addresses the complexity of problems--anxiety, depression and personal issues--in a spiritual context, and in the relationships that we have, here and now. My clients include couples, families and individuals who wish to include their spirituality in therapy. Faith can combine with finding solutions from the sciences and lead to lives lived more abundantly. However, I have years of experience working in a secular, non-religious context. It is your choice. , " Issues which are common among my clients include marriage and relationship issues, family struggles, anger management, panic attacks, grief and bereavement, divorce, and intimacy issues. I often see clients whose lives have been disrupted by lifes stresses, such as the birth of a child, parents ill health, parenting issues, abuse and health issues. ", I have been married for many years and we have two children. Many of my clients are seeking personal growth, increased self esteem and personal spirituality. Most people are both nourished and challenged by their relationships and I seek to help them grow through understanding, better communications and finding solutions for difficulties.
