About Us

Seeking counseling can be an immense and brave step. It is an honor and privilege to be trusted to walk alongside my clients in their most challenging moments. I believe everyone is on a road toward success and deserves happiness. However we sometimes get steered away from our desired journey due to the challenges we encounter, or barriers in the road. My role is to walk alongside you on this journey, helping you break the barriers and empower you to discover your true potential. I provide counseling to a diverse, multicultural population including being an LGBTQ+ ally. , I have experience working with a wide spectrum of challenges through my career in community mental health, higher education, DV shelters/groups and private practice. Including anxiety, trauma, depression, grief, marriage & relationship conflict, fertility/conceiving challenges, pregnancy loss, adjustment disorders and much more. , " I provide a safe, non-judgmental, and comfortable space, allowing change and healing to commence. My goal is to empower you to take the lead on your individual healing journey as I support you through the process and how you want it to look.
