Life can be challenging....these are unsettling times. It is difficult, to say the least, to manage family stress and connection. Are you struggling to manage your family relationships, with your spouse or domestic partner, children, and other family members? Are your children struggling in school and managing family and social life? Are there additional challenges? ADHD, Autism, or developmental disability?....Have you ever said to yourself, "why me?" or "I wish they would just stop. As a parent, have you ever asked, "what\s going to happen to my kid?" Have you ever struggled with trauma or substance abuse, if so, I can help. , My approach is systemic and trauma-informed, looking at the entire family and working with all participants. I offer individual, couples, family therapy, and EMDR. By addressing the family system in therapy, the entire family benefits, resulting in a happier family. Other areas I can help is... behavioral issues with children, special needs and trauma, , I have extensive experience and understanding in these areas, having worked with individuals and families in some capacity, at home, school, community and my practice for over 30 years. I am available, in-person to discuss your individual needs and offer a free 15 minute consult, prior to scheduling. I offer flexible hours, including evenings and Saturdays.
