I am a Certified Master-Level practitioner of Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) which is a drug-free therapy that can accomplish emotional healing, on average, in just one to three sessions which otherwise can take months or years of therapy. , I work with individuals dealing with trauma/PTSD, anxiety, depression, anger, abuse, grief/loss, self-esteem, codependency, relationship issues, phobias, OCD and substance abuse to name just a few.
