As a therapist and educator, I understand that the cycle of chronic stress and a demanding schedule can feel like a heavy anchor weighing you down. I specialize in helping my clients cope with these heavy feelings. , My treatment focuses on cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), which aims to enhance inner strength while reducing anxiety. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), which targets traumatic experiences and allows for reprocessing those experiences in a safe environment.
