My goal is to help you to heal your emotional wounds and guide you in your journey. I use an integrative holistic approach and often incorporate deep breathing meditation and mindfulness in my sessions. , I know that taking the first step and making an appointment with a therapist can be scary But, I also know that a marathon starts with a single step.
