You may be so anxious that you have trouble sleeping or experience muscular tension and discomfort. , These transitions may bring anticipation and excitement for the future or trigger sadness, anxiety, and fear. I help my clients process and integrate feelings during uncertain times so moving forward with a sense of peace and purpose becomes possible. Together, we’ll practice healthy coping skills to support your well-being. , You may also experience chronic bodily pain, and/or general medical issues that may lead to feelings of worry and/or sadness. As a Florida licensed clinical psychologist born in NJ and raised in South Florida, I can empathize when two cultures clash and difficulties balancing cultural expectations. I provide individual therapy to women aged 30 and older.
