About Us

I want to give clients an opportunity to discuss their struggles, process their emotions, and work towards solutions in a safe, welcoming environment. I enjoy helping clients gain a better understanding of what their problems really are and collaborate with them on setting realistic goals. I believe everyone is capable of learning healthy coping skills that can make life more manageable. In addition to individual therapy, I also work with couples and families. In those treatment modalities, I aim to help family members or couples set mutual goals, improve communication, and develop healthier ways to solve the problems. , I have worked in the counseling field for over 7 years to include 4 years in a residential treatment center helping men with substance abuse and other mental health problems. I utilize various approaches to include CBT, solutions-focused therapy, and motivational interviewing. , I know that we all possess a need to process our thoughts and feelings during difficult and confusing times. It would be my privilege to work with you and help you to heal and grow through any struggles, hang-ups, or hurt you may be experiencing.
