Hello, thank you so much for considering me to join you on your journey towards choosing yourself first. I am honored to be your therapist. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I speak English and Spanish fluently and have a culturally sensitive approach to counseling. I specialize in relationships and understanding underlying patterns unseen in daily interactions. I work with couples, children, and parents in discovering new tools to manage current demands and stressors and help my clients live their potential and best self. , My style is open-ended, creative and inclusive. I utilize play, art, and other creative means to help my clients. I have a therapeutic as well as a psychoeducational approach to therapy, where I use evidence-based techniques to help you achieve your goals and help you gain awareness of the root of your emotions and behaviors. , My strong background in humanistic and holistic therapy allows me to see each client as unique as their own circumstances, where there are no universal answers. Even though I have intensive training in Solution Focused Therapy and Narrative therapy, I utilize a dialectic approach where I integrate in an eclectic manner other postmodern systemic modalities
