About Us

Hi. I’m Ismary a bi-lingual licensed therapist who specializes in emotional and behavioral challenges. I recognize that suffering from depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder can feel very lonely and troubling. At times, many may feel they have nowhere to turn. I provide a safe and healing environment that promotes and supports the inner strengths and skills you already possess. I have worked in a variety of settings with clients that experienced impactful life changing events causing them unwelcomed distress. , I work with children, adolescents, and adults who struggle with adjusting to new life situations, struggles related to immigration, trauma, and gender identity. I focus on an array of topics such as setting boundaries, coping skills, recognizing triggers, self-exploration, stress management, identifying strengths, types of communication, and mindfulness. , I am also Level 2 trained in Gottman Method Couples Counseling and facilitated groups surrounding anxiety. Change can seem scary and uncomfortable but, I strive to work as a team with my clients to create achievable goals and provide tools that enhance and support their healing journey.
