I help a variety of individuals who come to counseling seeking help with trauma, depression, anxiety, anger management, health concerns, major life changes, stress management and relationship concerns. I am passionate about helping people find meaning and purpose, mend relationships, engage in positive self-growth and become comfortable in their own skin. View 12 Photos, I am trained in EMDR which is a type of psychotherapy treatment designed to alleviate emotional distress resulting from disturbing life experiences. By receiving EMDR therapy, you are able to gain new insights, relieve symptoms and experience healing in ways that traditional talk and cognitive therapies cannot accomplish alone. , I am also well-versed in strategies and tools to assist with anger management as I previously taught anger management classes to hundreds of clients for over two years. As we work together in therapy, you will be able to find healing for the root causes of your anger, rather than being stuck constantly trying to control outbursts and unwanted feelings.
