I believe everyone needs a safe place to talk honestly and openly without feeling judged and knowing that their best welfare is the primary concern. I am dedicated to creating this environment for every client. Once this is established, my job is to assist clients in accessing their inner-strengths and resources so that they can lead a successful, healthy, meaningful life. I help my clients harness their untapped qualities as an integral part of the healing process. I provide longer sessions and manageable fees in order to make real progress while not compounding possible financial stresses. , I am a certified EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) clinician which means that I help clients reprocess past traumatic events so they may deal with them in an adaptive manner. The patients are able to free themselves from constricted, impaired patterns of thinking/functioning; previously distorted and influenced by painful, past experiences. , I am also a certified Practitioner in Rapid Resolution Therapy or RRT. This is a cutting edge therapy that promotes fast, effective change for those that are feeling stuck, unable to move forward from the ways in which negative, past experiences have impacted their thinking.
