This means we focus on exploring how stress & trauma impact the relationship we have with our emotions, learn how to feel emotions instead of intellectualizing them, regulate emotions with more ease & more compassion towards ourselves, & explore how our relationships have impacted our identity. , I currently have an opening for a new client for Tuesdays at 2 PM!
