I am passionate about walking alongside my clients in their search for long-lasting freedom from eating disorders, body shame, and trauma. , In assisting my clients uncover the root issues that have contributed to the development of a broken relationship with food and body, I have been able to witness the unequivocal transformation that occurs when one is able to come back home to themselves, utilizing compassion, kindness, and curiosity, in this needed restoration process. , This road may seem treacherous right now, but you are not alone. I practice from the belief that each client is unique and therefore requires a unique approach. I am committed to providing that space for you.
