If you have felt stuck, unsatisfied with your personal relationships or other aspects of your life, generally unmotivated, coping with anxiety or depression, or are struggling with the impact of previous trauma or loss I would love to be a support for you! Therapy can help you move towards your healing, outgrow old patterns, deepen relationships, and find meaning. Everyone’s journey is unique, and therapy can be a great support to help you manage the stress that comes with being human. I have immediate availability for new clients, and welcome therapy first timers. , I offer a deeply trauma informed and responsive approach to therapy. I work with several different therapeutic modalities, including trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy and ketamine assisted integration psychotherapy for eligible clients.
