We all have stressors throughout our lives and sometimes just need the extra support to get through whatever it may be. My office is a safe place for children, teens and adults to come work through any problems they might be having. , I am knowledgeable in and use a variety of therapy modalities that include: play therapy, trauma-focused CBT, person-centered therapy, expressive arts techniques, couples counseling, family therapy, and EMDR. I also have a passion for working with first responders and their families. Group therapy including a variety of topics is also offered occasionally. , My creative counseling style and nonjudgmental mindset allow for my clients to come in as they are and have guidance to work through whatever they need to in a safe and positive environment.
