I enjoy working with clients dealing with depression, anxiety, ADHD, sexual issues, anger issues, relationship issues, grief, trauma, abuse and emotional and spiritual growth. As a counselor, I strongly feel that the first step in a client’s healing is feeling safe and establishing a place of security for the client. We as people are most wounded and most healed in relationships and the counseling relationship is the first place where that healing can begin. I believe it is important to gain awareness of how our past relationships and experiences have impacted us on an emotional, psychological, and spiritual level. , Beginning the process of counseling and treatment can be intimidating, so I strive to create a safe space to explore your story, wounds, and struggles in order to achieve healing and freedom.
