About Us

I am Lauren Craney, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. My purpose as a therapist is to help you along the path to a functional and fulfilling life. Whether the obstacles to achieving this goal are habits and behaviors you want to change, relationship issues, or present and past traumas. We will work together to develop a comprehensive plan to alleviate or minimize stressors and struggles. The goal is to move in positive directions while establishing healthy coping skills. My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe place for you to explore your struggles, and give you objective feedback and guidance to help you improve your life. These include; M-CBT approaches, mentoring and life coaching, Trauma informed therapies (EMDR tools for C-PTSD), and other evidence based techniques. I have worked extensively with adults in individual, family, and group settings (both inpatient and outpatient). , I am here to support you with acceptance and empathy. On this journey, we go at your own pace to help you meet the goals that matter to you. I continue to enhance my skills and techniques through ongoing education and individual practice research. Together we can begin on the path toward you becoming the person you want to be, I am here to help.
