" I work with individual clients over the age of 18 who struggle with Mental Illnesses including, but not limited to, Mood Disorders (e.g. Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder) Dual Diagnoses, and Emotional Difficulties (e.g. low self-esteem, grief and loss). I specialize in Gambling Disorder and Substance Use Disorders as I have personal experience on both sides of addiction; from the addicts perspective and from the perspective of the loved ones of the addict. My passion is to help people reach their desired outcome and live happier, healthier, and more productive lives. ", I am a solution-oriented social work professional dedicated to providing exceptional advocacy and care to those in need. I bring awareness to people who are struggling with the challenges emanating from "life on life\s terms" and help people navigate these challenges utilizing integrative evidenced-based therapeutic techniques. , I incorporate a trauma-informed approach and empower my clients to take back control of their own lives, make informed decisions, and work towards their personal goals. My clients enjoy a safe, judgement-free space where they are empowered to speak freely and confidentially. My goal is to help affect positive change(s) in the lives of my clients.
