Clients are challenged to take on fresh perspectives, and are empowered to make the lifestyle changes in order to realize the outcomes they set their sights on. My practice exists because, sometimes, life throws problems at us that are not designed to be dealt with by one person alone. , I am a trauma-informed counselor and clinical supervisor, whose role is to help you better understand more helpful ways of being and foster a deeper appreciation of self. I apply an integrative, evidence-based approach of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Family Systems Counseling, and Person-Centered Counseling. , Choosing to be vulnerable is really hard. My objective is to build a safe space with you, to better understand the issues at hand, and use all resources available to promote the change you desire.
