We work with clients who are stuck in their head, over thinking, with a spiral of negative thoughts. Our clients usually feel like their anxiety or depression is holding them back from living a real life. They just want to be able to relax, find joy in things, have healthy relationships, and better boundaries. We help them do all of that and then some. Our clients leave therapy with better communication, a higher sense of self-worth, and the skills needed to move through difficult things without feeling overwhelmed.
