" Welcome! My name is Luis A Otero, LMHC. I specialize in the treatment of PTSD/Trauma, Anxiety Disorder, Addiction, and Depression. I focus on helping clients process past traumas affecting them in adulthood in a safe and comfortable environment. Its my hope that while working together we can get to the bottom of whatever leads to feelings of panic, detachment, little to no motivation, or sadness youve experienced. While working together youll find that I utilize an eclectic mix of therapies to help you develop a relaxed muscled body state, increase your insight, and develop behaviors that protect your peace. ", I usually do this by utilizing techniques such as EMDR, Hypnotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Bibliotherapy.
