As a compassionate truth-teller and intentional communicator, I offer empathy and strength to help you find clarity, healing, and growth. ", Throughout my career, I have supported clients across the lifespan, helping them navigate issues like sexual abuse, chronic illness, depression, anxiety, trauma, relational distress, cancer and codependency. I also lead groups focused on anxiety, sexual abuse, codependency, and spiritual abuse. I enjoy working with older kids, teens, adults, and couples. , My highest aim is to create a place of safety and grace for those struggling with emotional or relational challenges.
