Welcome. Many of my clients have experienced pain, disconnection, inconsistent routines, a low sense of self, or live with complicated big/deep feelings. They struggle with perfectionism. They have a hard time letting others in. They had unsafe, harmful, or invalidating experiences. It has stayed with them. They struggle to connect to their emotional world. Some tend to overextend themselves, ignore their needs, and feel wrong for putting themselves first. Some learned to tough things out, suppress, and hold it all in. Some feel lost and in the dark.
