I am passionate about seeing couples and am Level 3 Certified in utilizing the highly effective, research based, Gottman Method couples therapy. If your relationship is lacking intimacy, has experienced infidelity or just feels stagnant, I can guide you through fixing it with strategies that are well researched and evidence-based. In addition, I specialize in working with sexual assault/abuse and domestic violence survivors of all ages. I have extensive experience helping individuals with anxiety and anxiety-type disorders, as well as personal experience in this area. , I quickly realized on my journey that I truly do love working with couples. I believe that through hands on and practical work we can create stronger, healthier, more fullfilling relationships. I work with all couple types including (but not limited to) married, not married, heterosexual, and same-sex couples. , Mental health wellness is something that is deeply personal to me and I want to teach my clients what I have learned. My mission as a therapist is to offer my clients a guiding hand in their journey through healing in a relaxed and non-judgmental environment. I promise you, there is always hope for every situation.
