About Us

Have you been in therapy for a long time and you feel you are not getting anything from it? Have you thought of going to therapy but you dont know where to reach for help? If these feels like you, I believe you are in the right place. I do short term therapy and between 3-6 months once a week my clients are ready and wont need me anymore. We will be a team, I will challenge you, and give your homework. In session we will work on the emotional and cognitive side but outside I will challenge you to get out of your comfort zone to develop new healthy behaviors and prove yourself you are capable. I love what I do! , I see my clients as experts of their own lives, most of the times we dont take the time to work on ourselves. I do trauma & personal development, I help you work on your past experiences or trauma that could be affecting your present while working on your self esteem and self confidence. Even if you pushed away past experiences they will always come back. , My goal is to help you understand yourself so you could understand others and improve your relationships, helping you discover your strengths to be the best version of your self. I will challenge you to achieve and meet your personal & professional goals by providing self-awareness, and confidence which will help you feel ready to face life challenges.
