I have experience working with people facing challenges in their lives since 2003. Counseling is an investment into you and those you love. We need to nurture our emotional, spiritual and physical beings. Every individual is unique along with situations and beliefs. Together we will explore your goals based on your values. , Post Traumatic Stress is something veterans experience but traumatic events are not just in war zones in other countries. Trauma can be from abuse, an accident, sexual assault and many other situations. Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) can help to process these traumatic events & alleviate the physical reaction to the event within 3-5 sessions. , " My team consists of experienced therapists, a psychiatric nurse (APRN) and interns. We believe in treating the whole person. We work collaboratively with you and the team to find the best solutions for your situation and condition.
