Many of us steer clear of issues that cause distress, creating a barrier to overcome adversity. As your therapist, I will support you while you delve into what is holding you back from achieving your goals. I utilize a solution focused and non-judgmental approach to help adolescents, adults, couples, and families overcome trauma and other emotional disorders by enhancing confidence and self-esteem while empowering clients to identify a path forward. , I have extensive experience working with adolescents and adults who experienced trauma or struggle with eating disorders, anxiety, depression, and other emotional disorders. I have worked in a variety of settings including residential treatment and a trauma wellness center focused on supporting those impacted by mass violence. , I provide space for clients to process uncomfortable emotions and situations while empowering them to be present and future focused. I pride myself on the ability to adapt to create a comfortable and compassionate environment for my clients to begin healing. I look forward to helping you begin your journey forward.
