Although I try to be more solution focused and not breed long-term dependency, I have several clients who have been coming for a few years and act as a life coach to help them navigate their lives more effectively. Most of my clients are suffering from job-related stress, relationship issues, depression/bipolar, anxiety, child-rearing issues, School issues and several clients who are dual-diagnosis with substance abuse problems.
