Throughout our lives we collect a mosaic of experiences that can impact our overall well-being. Some of these experiences can influence us to create self-limiting thoughts, stuck emotions, and disempowering beliefs about ourselves and the world around us. I primarily work with adolescents and adults who are navigating life transitions, anxiety, depression, grief, and self-esteem issues. My modalities of therapy are integrative, culturally-competent, strengths-based, and tailored to meet your individual needs.
