I use an integrative, holistic approach when working with clients. I offer weekly or biweekly therapy sessions, or EMDR Intensives over a period of 1 - 3 days. In addition, I am a Certified Relational Life Couples Therapist, helping couples and individuals live a more relational life. , Sessions with me will likely include exploring themes from your past that may be influencing negative beliefs about yourself, in the hope that through gaining understanding you will find compassion for yourself and experience positive change. Working with me you will receive the support and tools you need to emerge from crisis stronger, wiser and with hope.
