It has been a privilege to walk along side others when they want additional help in dealing with relationship, career, health, and life transitions or when they want to just talk things out. My doctoral training and experience in the field for over 20 years allow me to work with a wide range of issues. I have worked in different capacities including as an adjunct professor, supervisor of therapy/ testing, and a psychotherapist in hospitals, universities, and military clinics. I am currently offering telehealth services to adolescents (ages 11 and up) and adults. , I specialize in working with teens and young adults in defining and strengthening their identities. I am a military spouse and work with first responders including health care professionals and veterans in navigating medical illness, grief/ loss, life changes, relationship/self esteem issues, loneliness, depression, anxiety, and addiction. , My goal is to blend culturally competent, evidenced based treatment including cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and relaxation techniques with a warm, caring, and collaborative style. Together we can identify innate strengths and uncover patterns to build coping skills, enhance insight, and foster long-term wellness and resilience.
