Life can be difficult, especially when it feels as though no one understands you. Having to face feelings of being overwhelmed, constant worrying, sadness and pain from brokenness can leave you with a heavy heart. This is your sign to move from agony to your healing. It’s your time for relief and healing! Life stressors increases anxiety, depression, brokenness, low self esteem, and traumatic experiences which can be difficult to deal with by yourself. Together, we will journey on your path to healing. I will support and encourage you which is a game changer in discovering your "Pathway to Peace." , My approach for therapy is integrative. We will explore your mental, physical and emotional being. With over 20 years of professional experience, it allows me to better serve adolescents, teens and adults who may struggle with emotional stressors, anxiety, depression, adjustments, trauma, work/life balance concerns, and impulse control disorders. , Driven by passion, my purpose is to meet each client where he/she is while providing a warm, safe, nonjudgmental space to educate and empower each client on their path.
