Each one of us have our own life story. In this story there could be pain, hurt, regret and happiness. As a therapist for over 30 years I have heard many stories of people at different life stages. As your therapist, I want to learn your past and present story to hear where you have been and then help you write your next chapter for a healthy future. This is done by setting goals to know where you are headed.
